A Special Note from our groomers

Ethics of De-Matting

Our policy will always reflect humanity over vanity. The de-matting process can be painful and uncomfortable for your dog.

We will consult with you about what your grooming wants vs requirements are upon your arrival and find a way to provide you the best groom possible based on coat condition.

Pick up and drop off

We cannot take dog's in 15 minutes from your appointment time. Please note we have a 24 hour cancelation policy in place that will be charged for missed appointments.

We always send a pick up text to help with pick up timing. Please arrive 30 from our pick-up time request.

Agining / Highly stressed

For some pet’s visiting the groomer can be difficult. We promise we will do our very best to give a little extra TLC for nervous and aging dogs.

In most cases can spend extra time with your pet as needed. Our charges will reflect our service requirement. We do not work with agressive dogs.
